This ping pong game has almost brought PDP to its knees. YourGist247.Com learnt from a credible source that a Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt today (Monday) affirmed that the Senator Ahmed Makarfi-led National Caretaker Committee is the authentic Executive of the PDP.
This is not a surprise because Nyesom Wike is in Port Harcourt. Ali Modu Sheriff has been winning in the courts in Lagos, Abuja and other places, but not Port Harcourt. You know what that means.
Anyway, we await the reaction of the Sheriff-led National Working Committee of the PDP, which claimed it would be in office until 2018 as was directed by authentic court judgement(s).
But wait, if a high court ruled that Sheriff is chairman, is the Makarfi camp, supported by the governors, not suppose to go to appeal court? Can you use equal courts judgments against another? #Politics
