The wife of the Inspector General of Police is always the president of Police Officers Wives Association (POWA). The event of the handing and taking over ceremony between out-going Mrs Agharase Arase and the new POWA president, Mrs Hajiya Asma Idris, took place at POWA Secretariat in Asokoro, Abuja, today Thursday June 30.
