Obasanjo Arrives Maiduguri For Working Visit; Governor Says Baba Would Have Rescued Chibok Girls

Ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo is in Maiduguri, Borno State capital, for a-two-day special visit. He was welcomed by Governor Kashim Shettima and other government officials at the state airport.
