I will disgrace any Governor who sends Me Hamper but has not paid Salaries – Senator Ben Bruce

Senator Ben Bruce is making sense; he has insisted that Governors who are complaining that they can't pay workers' meager salaries MUST also not waste Public Money to buy hampers and share to big men who have the cash to buy as many hampers as they want for themselves. I agree with him!
