Female Commissioner Kidnapped In Bayelsa State

For those who have lived long enough in Rivers and Bayelsa states, some axis there are like theater of war.

A female commissioner to Governor Seriaka Dickson on Bayelsa State has been kidnapped. Mrs Sarafina Otazi, a serving Commissioner for LG Affairs was kidnapped at Ogbia on her way to a funeral.

According to a family source, the kidnappers obstructed her car, removed her cars keys and whisked her into their waiting vehicle. The two women who were accompanying her to the venue of the funeral where left untouched.

This sad development is coming just a day after the governor's sister was kidnapped in broad day light.
