OBJ survives Auto Crash same day he celebrated his late Wife

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo escaped death by whiskers while travelling on the now notorious Lagos-Ibadan expressway on Saturday. The incident occurred not long after he left the 10th memorial service of his late wife, Mrs. Stella Obasanjo in Abeokuta, Ogun State.

Sources say OBJ was on his way to attend the 80th birthday of pool magnate, Sir Adebutu Kessington, when one of the rear tyres of the sports utility vehicle he was travelling in burst.

Obasanjo alighted from the SUV unscathed and joined another car in his convoy and continued to Lagos.
