These pictures tell the sad story of some group of people living in Patani Forest. Among the people living in this forest are the elderly, pregnant women, nursing mothers, teenagers and children. These people struggle everyday to survive as they barely eat.

The children and pregnant women in this forest go to bed at night hungry, sleep on the bare floor (because they cannot afford the luxury of bed), drink contaminated water and are under the constant attacks of mosquitoes and wild animals, including snakes.

We are using this medium to call on good spirited individuals to come to the help of our brothers and sisters who are suffering in this forest.
