After 200 million records sold and 18 number one singles, Mariah Carey is to finally receive a star on the iconic Hollywood Walk Of Fame.
The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce announced that the singer will be honored with the 2,556th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame come August 5, 2015. The star in the category of Recording will be dedicated in front of the W Hollywood Hotel at 6270 Hollywood Boulevard.
A megastar in her own right, Mimi will have music and entertainment royalty on hand to mark her big day – these include Hollywood Chamber President/CEO Leron Gubler and celebrity guest speakers, LA Reid, Lee Daniels, and Brett Ratner. Big congrats to her and her fans.
